Our goal is for our customers to be satisfied with their orders. But things may not always go as planned. If things this happens, contact us and we will try to make things right for you. This policy does not limit your statutory rights to withdraw or cancel or rights you may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods.
  • Please submit a request for a return or a refund promptly. We have no obligation to consider a request placed outside 7 days of the date of delivery.
    • If you changed your mind
      • You can cancel an order within 4 hours of the time you placed it “Same Day Cancellation”.
      • You can cancel an order at any time between the time of purchase and 7 days of receipt of the product. If purchased items have been shipped before Warredly receives a cancellation, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
    • Item is not what you ordered: If you receive an item that is damaged, not the attributes you selected and ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item description, you are eligible for a refund. We may request an evidence of the refund request. You can return any item, except Excluded Items, within 7 days of receiving the item. Excluded Items include all items with seal removed.
    • Item never arrived: If you don’t receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • Return and refund requests should be placed from within your “Account” page, locate the order in your order history and click RMA.
  • Return of Funds: after Warredly approves a return or cancellation or withdrawal and confirms the return of the item, Warredly will credit or return the amount of the purchase and any shipping fees. If you opt for Warredly Credit, the refund will not be issued to your original payment method. Any fees for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded and in some cases the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment , a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
  • Warredly reserves the right to:
    • Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms & Conditions
    • Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms & Conditions
    • Limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms & Conditions
  • This Policy may be updated from time to time.
  • This Policy, including the requirement to contact us within 7 days of receipt or estimated delivery time, does not limit the statutory warranty or withdrawal rights you may have with a supplier.
  • Warredly makes these refund and return options available at its discretion regardless of the rights you may have with a supplier to request refunds or make returns.
