How can I track my order?

If you want to check the delivery status of your order, you can find the most updated tracking information by visiting your page and view “My Orders” for more information.
Please note, depending on how the supplier ships your order, there may not be full tracking information available.

Why didn’t my order go through?

If your order didn’t go through and was denied, it may be possible that your payment was declined. Here are a few reasons why that may have happened:

  • The card is expired.
  • The card was reported as stolen or frozen.

If you are using a debit card, be sure it has a CVV and can be billed as a credit card.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 days. Shipping times vary based on the individual suppliers and destination.
To view estimated shipping times for your orders, please visit your Order History and choose “My Orders” for more information. You can track your order’s delivery progress at any time from this area.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping within Jordan for all orders above 50JOD. Shipping prices are also associated with the minimum order amount and is displayed at front page and checkout. If shipping costs applies, it depends on the minimum amount for the ordered items and destination of your order.

How do I provide or change my shipping address?

At the time of placing your order on Warredly, you can change the shipping address in your shopping cart.
If you require to change your shipping address, you can go to your “Account” page and click “Contact Supplier” to submit a new shipping address.
Once your order has been shipped, it’s not possible to change the shipping address.

How do I return a product?

Customers can return any items within 7 days of receiving the item and where the seal has not been broken.
Costs of Returns: Unless the supplier shipped the item in error or the delivered item is damaged or defective, the customer must pay the costs for return shipping.
Return method: In order to initiate a return, you need to submit RMA inquiry in your Account page, select the order in the RMA ticket and provide your return reasons.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer item exchanges, but we may be able to help replace an order if it doesn’t meet your satisfaction or if it was different than its original description.

  3.  Provide a star rating with or without providing comments.
  4. Ratings are typically published within 2-3 days.
  5. Once a review has been submitted and displayed to other customers.
